Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• Before the course begins: Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the first scheduled class.
• Within the first week: Pro-rated refund minus the cost of any sessions already conducted, if you cancel within 7 days of the course start date.
• Course not delivered: Full refund if we are unable to deliver the course as scheduled due to reasons on our end (such as instructor unavailability).
• Dissatisfaction:If you feel the course is not meeting your child's needs, please reach out to us. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a partial refund or credit toward another course.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Send a refund request via email to info@pritiganitguru.com with your enrollment details and reason for the request.
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
3. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

• Processing time: Refunds are initiated within 5 business days of approval.
• Credit card / UPI: May take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Bank transfer: May take 7–14 business days.

If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us if the issue persists.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Completed sessions: Classes that have already been attended by the student are non-refundable.
• Missed classes: If a student misses a scheduled class without prior notice (at least 24 hours), that session is non-refundable. We do offer make-up classes when possible — just let us know in advance.
• Course materials: Any downloadable or physical materials that have been accessed or distributed are non-refundable.
• Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled class may not qualify for a refund.

Demo Classes

We offer free demo classes so you and your child can experience our teaching style before committing to a course. Since demo classes are completely free, no refund is applicable.

We encourage all parents to take advantage of the demo class to ensure our program is the right fit for your child. You can book a free demo class at any time.

How to Request a Refund

• Include: Your name, student name, enrolled course, date of enrollment, and reason for the refund request.
• Quick response: We aim to acknowledge your request within 24 hours and resolve it within 3 business days.
